Where do we meet up?

All of our tours meet up at the Sundial in the Gallivan Center. The Gallivan Center is located at 200 South and about 50 East (between Main Street and State Street.) The sundial looks like a potato on a pole. It's easy to spot.
What if I need to contact you?

What if my group is running late?

Our tour leaves right on time, but you might be able to spot us milling about the meeting location for the first few minutes. If you can't see us, text or call (801) 834-5579 and we can direct you to where we are.
Do I have to reserve in advance?

Yes. You must reserve and pay in advance. If your plans change, we can change your reservation to a different tour, but we do not offer refunds. Right now we take all major credit cards but if you prefer to pay via Venmo, reach out by email and we can coordinate this.
What if you cancel the tour?

Our tours operate whether 1 person has booked or 25. We operate in rain or shine. (Or snow). You can rest assured, we will be there. But if your plans change or your plane is delayed. Just reach out, we will reschedule your tour but we do not offer refunds. Our email is tourslutinfo@gmail.com.
I have some mobility impairments, can I book?

Our tours try to stay to about 1 mile, but in the summer we offer a 1.5 mile street art tour. We meander, we don't rush, and most of our tours offer a bench to sit mid-way through. If you are in a wheelchair, the guide can take an ADA accessible route. If you have a specific mobility request, email us at tourslutinfo@gmail.com.
